Personal Growth

Overcoming Challenges can be both liberating and Life Changing. The best thing that you can give yourself, and give to others, is the best version of you. Understanding that we harbor both limitations (to move past difficulties), and hidden strengths (to reach our highest potential), inspires individuals to own accountability. The benefits that come with self-reflection and self-awareness can be the missing planks of a bridge that carry you to great new heights.

In these sessions, individuals are encouraged to discuss challenges, reflect honestly, discover personal limitations, confront fears, and work on taking the first steps towards a happier life. "This is not Therapy; it is more of a Mentorship."

Having a Personal Growth Coach by your side is inspired by Existential Therapy. (Existential therapists prefer to be thought of as philosophical companions and fellow travelers, and not as people who repair the psyche.) A Coach will assist individuals to identify negative habits and self-imposed limitations, while guiding them towards trusting their inner strengths and potential. Both, key components in finding your inner voice and Authentic Self.

Unexpected Journey to Coach and Counsel

Before deciding on taking this new journey to help others, I spent some time exploring the driving forces behind personal growth. Most often it had everything to do with an individual moving forward towards an idea or goal, without any negative or non-productive thought holding them back. The thought of failure or of someone else's wishes getting in the way never becomes an obstacle. Personal Growth has everything to do with being and doing what best fits One's Authentic Self.

At 27 yrs. old, Self-Reflection with the help of counsel changed my life. I was encouraged to explore personal fears, guilt, and anxieties, and by taking accountability for my life's experiences I began to see my part in all of it. This One Thing changed my life Forever. I began to open doors that previously stood as giant walls in front of me. In Doing so, the consequential benefits were; Improved Health, Courage and Confidence, Refined Skill, Determination, Financial Stability and Success, and ultimately; an Inspired Empathetic Wish to Encourage Others to do the same…
At 47 yrs. old, Gratitude has encouraged me to pursue an education in Counseling and Art Therapy, where I’ve been inspired to counsel others. Personal Growth Coaching is meant to be a Bridge between yesterday and tomorrow.
