"When working with others, I like to make an immediate connection. And I feel that Everyone should know that although challenges are difficult, they are also common in life, and reoccurring." This is the Existential Philosophy that reminds us that we are individually free and responsible to determine our development. Understanding that we control our decisions can often help us realize that for every step that we take forward, comes joy in seeing our reflection in it.
On this journey together, I try to encourage clients to make a connection of trust and to feel comfortable in their honesty. These moments of shared honesty and appropriate disclosure allow us to examine; what troubles us, what is holding us back from moving forward, and who holds the source of authority.
Stoic Philosophers and theories often remind us to remove blame as a method of thinking and coping, (“Someone/something makes me feel”). Due to the discomfort in conflict and confrontation, Individuals often view issues as coming from external causes and situations.
Self-Reflection is where we first identify this and taking accountability reveals that we can be the cause of our own stagnation. (Asking, "Where were we," in all of this?) The enlightenment gained from this self-exploration often yields new control and opens our eyes to a new way of living. Once we identify that, It puts us back behind the wheel.
At which point, there is nothing left but Personal Growth!
Repeat After Me:
... “This is who I am.”
..." I chose this direction.
..“When I take the first steps, I know it is exactly where I want to be.”
Before we begin, there is a 15-minute discovery call to see if working together is the right fit for both parties. Robert is Not a business coach focused on teaching techniques of financial gain, although your progress may yield just that. Nor is Robert a certified Clinical Therapist who will diagnose mental illness or personality disorders. Robert is focused on helping you discover the limitations that may be holding you back from reaching a better tomorrow. The purpose of this 15-minute discovery call is to express your needs and concerns and to hear if Robert's mentorship might benefit you.
Personal Growth is as unique to your individuality, as is your direction and personal voice. Each person experiences individual and unique growth, based on the effort they put in. The strategy is to reveal and recover. To encourage each client to live a life that truly represents their inner voice.
(1) 15-minute call
The first session lasts approximately 1+ hour and is an inquisitive dive into your personal history to identify and understand the where’s, how’s, and who you have been nurtured by. In other words, to listen to and understand how you define yourself, and your participation in any existing conflict. In this session, we will also discuss any conflicts you can already identify as stressors and potential areas for improvement. (Revealing these areas of difficulty will allow Robert to help you organize the order in which each client would like to address each issue, as a matter of personal importance, and determine if it is the most efficient way to ease any discomfort felt during times of stagnation).
In order to build the foundations for Personal Growth, we will try to bridge the gap from past behaviors and habits to a happier healthier you. Self-reflection will be routinely encouraged. It is only through Accountability and Knowing Oneself that we will all begin to recognize how to live a more enjoyable life.
(1) 1 hour session
Personal Growth is as unique to everyone as is everyone’s inner voice and personal direction. This 4-session Program is split up into (4) 1-hour sessions (based on the client’s scheduling and availability). During this time we will assess the current conflict discussed in the initial consultation, and develop strategies to overcome the emotions, behaviors, or obstacles that interfere with positive growth forward.
Each person experiences individual and unique growth, based on the effort they put in. The strategy is to reveal and recover. To encourage each client to live a life that truly stands for their wishes and Authentic Self.
(4) 1-hour sessions
CP Extended Counsel is a more in-depth continuation of any ongoing, in-session, discussions. The extended counsel offers a more empathetic approach to aid individuals struggling with ongoing difficulty. It is understood that whereas the Coaching Program attempts to expedite relief and progress, the Extended Counsel offers a more patient approach for those who would like to continue the exploration into their limitations and hidden strengths.
(1) hour sessions at a reduced rate
* This price is to remain unchanged provided that the client does not let 30 days expire between sessions. A gap of time exceeding 30 days will initiate the Original Cost of the Initial Consultation
Returning Clients will have the opportunity to discuss personal progress, personal growth, and/or personal achievements. Individuals also take this time to discuss the desire to re-establish coaching or request a recommendation for Clinical Therapy and Counseling.
(1) 1/2 hour to 45-minute session
Clients concerned for others; wishing to recommend family, friends, employees, or loved ones, will have the opportunity to discuss their concern. Individuals use this time to request the recommendation of Coaching, or discuss the need for more controlled Clinical Work with a Certified Therapist.
Remember, We all face conflict and difficulties, But when we witness others who are struggling, at the least, ask them yourselves if they need someone to talk to. Not everyone suffers from a disorder, some people just need a friend to talk to make it past some difficulty.
